By accessing or using the ClinkPics website and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ClinkPics is an online photo delivery service operating nationwide across the United States, operated as a sole proprietorship based in California.
ClinkPics allows users to upload digital photographs and place orders to have those photographs printed and mailed to incarcerated individuals at correctional facilities throughout the United States. The Service includes:
You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including the correct inmate full name, inmate identification number, facility name and mailing address, and your own billing and contact information.
ClinkPics is NOT responsible for orders that are rejected, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect inmate or facility information, or changes in an inmate's housing status, transfer, or release.
You are solely responsible for the content of all photographs you upload. Photos must not contain nudity, sexually explicit content, gang-related imagery, threats, contraband, or any content that violates applicable laws or facility rules. ClinkPics reserves the right to reject any photos that violate these Terms.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ClinkPics does not offer refunds in the following circumstances:
Every order is physically inspected by ClinkPics staff before mailing. This inspection is designed to catch misprints, printing errors, or defects before your order is sent.
In the rare event that a print quality defect is not caught during inspection and a defective order is mailed, ClinkPics will — at our sole discretion — offer one of the following remedies:
This remedy applies only to verifiable printing defects caused by ClinkPics — not to image quality issues resulting from low-resolution or unsuitable photos provided by the customer.
ClinkPics is developing AI-powered image enhancement technology to upscale and improve photo quality prior to printing. When available, ClinkPics makes no guarantee of print quality results even with AI enhancement.
Correctional facilities have their own rules governing permitted mail and photographs. These rules vary by facility and may change without notice. ClinkPics is not responsible for orders rejected due to facility-specific restrictions or policy changes after an order is placed.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the facility accepts printed photographs through third-party mail services before placing an order.
Many correctional facilities impose limits on the number of photographs an inmate may receive within a given time period (weekly or monthly). ClinkPics is NOT responsible for orders rejected or returned because an inmate has reached their facility-imposed photograph limit. No refund will be issued in such cases.
All payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize ClinkPics to charge the applicable fees for your order. Prices are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed in US dollars.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLINKPICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS FROM REJECTED OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, OR FACILITY-IMPOSED PENALTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL CLINKPICS'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
ClinkPics collects personal information necessary to process and deliver your orders. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Payment information is processed securely through our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.
ClinkPics reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the ClinkPics website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
